Managing Feedback

  • Accept: Click the checkmark button or press "A" while the comment is open to accept a suggestion. It'll be applied automatically.
  • Reject: Click the X button or press "R" while the comment is open to reject feedback
  • Discuss: Click the chat button to open a conversation with the agent about the feedback
  • Modify: Edit the suggestion before accepting it
