Can I add notes or to-dos to chapters?

Currently, comments and chat are the primary way to track notes. Users have requested:

• Chapter notes / document notes
• To-do markers
• Cross-chapter dependency notes

This is actively being designed.

Can I tag chapters or drafts by edit phase?

Not yet. We're exploring:

• Status tags (In Progress, Needs Revision, Final Pass)
• Draft version tags
• Phase-based filters

This will help prevent the system from re-flagging resolved issues in later drafts.
