Document-Specific Questions
The editor is aware of your document and its contents, including any existing comments.
- Ask about specific characters, chapters, or plot points
- Request summaries or clarifications of your own work
- Request summaries of comments
Feedback Discussion

When viewing a comment, click the chat icon to discuss it with the editor.
The editor will have full context about the feedback and can:
- Explain the reasoning behind a suggestion
- Provide alternatives or modifications
- Help you implement action items
Questions About Writers Room
The editor can answer questions about how Writers Room works and what features are available:
- Ask "How do I..." questions about using features
- Learn about capabilities like feedback types, exporting, insights, and more
- Get explanations of concepts like zoom levels, story bible, or plans
The editor searches the official documentation and always provides links to the relevant pages so you can read more details.

Future Features
We've been asked to support versioning and comparing multiple projects through the chat. Writers Room doesn't support these features yet, but they're on our roadmap.
